Trigger → ingest → reason → act → observe. Each layer is replaceable, monitored, and versioned. That's what separates a real pipeline from a brittle Zap.
Where reasoning lives
LLMs are the brain, not the bus. They classify, draft, summarize and decide — but deterministic code, validators and tools own the side effects.
Operating it
Observability is non-negotiable: every run logged, every prompt versioned, every cost attributed. Otherwise the pipeline degrades silently.
